摘要: Abstract A capillary zone electrophoresis method has been developed for the direct determination of norfloxacin in physiological perfusate isolated rat liver. Norfloxacin and internal standard triamterene were detected using laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection with excitation emission wavelength 325 435 nm, respectively. The background electrolyte (BGE) was 50 mM phosphate buffer (pH 4.6). effect pH concentration BGE on electrophoretic migration response analytes examined. Calibration curves linear over a wide range 0.01–100 μg/mL. limit quantitation 0.01 μg/mL. intra- inter-day relative deviation 3.7%, or less, accuracy 93.2% nominal concentration. No endogenous substances found to interfere. used characterize steady-state transient pharmacokinetics
