摘要: il est possible d’estimer ainsi les concentrations respectives des elements concernes. Cette nouvelle approche comparee pour quelques oxydes de fer et chrome avec la technique habituelle soustraction d’une loi extrapolee representant le fond continu. Les deux methodes fournissent resultats satisfaisants si on tient compte processus multiples. Cependant chrome, proximite seuils concernes (O-K Cr-L) rend pratiquement impossible l’utilisation methode du continu alors que modelisation decrite dans cet article donne proches valeurs nominales. originale devrait donc pouvoir etre etendue succes a nombreuses autres situations ou un recouvrement notable consideres constitue une source difficultes majeures l’analyse elementaire quantitative en spectroscopie pertes d’energie.
