摘要: Abstract Sulfonamides (SAs) are a group of antibiotic drugs widely used in veterinary medicine. The contamination the environment by these pharmaceuticals has raised concern recent years. However, knowledge their (eco)toxicity is still very basic and restricted to just few substances. Even though toxicological analysis been thoroughly performed ecotoxicological data available literature, systematic potential yet be carried out. To fill this gap, 12 different SAs were chosen for detailed with focus on bacteria as well non-target organisms (algae plants). A flexible (eco)toxicological test battery was used, including enzymes (acetylcholinesterase glutathione reductase), luminescent marine ( Vibrio fischeri ), soil Arthrobacter globiformis limnic unicellular green algae Scenedesmus vacuolatus ) duckweed Lemna minor order take into account both aquatic terrestrial compartments environment, trophic levels. It found that not only toxic towards (EC 50  = 1.54–32.25 mg L −1 but have even stronger adverse effect  = 0.02–4.89 mg L than atrazine – herbicide  = 2.59 mg L ).
