摘要: Potassium channels play a crucial role in determining the resting membrane potential, time course, amplitude and polarity of electrical changes most types cells. At rest potential typical cell is positive to potassium equilibrium (E K). When K+ are activated open, hyperpolarizes opening probability depolarization-dependent calcium sodium reduced.
