摘要: Nitric oxide (NO) is a free radical gas in the biological system, which produced by nitric synthase (NOS) family. NO acts as mediator and plays important roles different systems humans. The NO/NOS system exerts broad spectrum of signaling functions involved vasodilation, inflammation, oxidative stress, cardioprotection neuroprotection. It has been demonstrated that intravenous volatile anesthetics (such propofol, ketamine, midazolam, isoflurane, sevoflurane, desflurane, etc.) modulate production through multiple mechanisms may influence physiological pathophysiological processes. This review focuses on effects regulation disease conditions. Possible cellular intermediate role anesthetic-mediated organ protection are also discussed. would be interesting to clarify impact regulation. gives an overview function physiologic pathophysiologic states.
