摘要: Chapter Summary Laser capture microdissection (LCM) is a powerful histology-based technique for isolation of pure cells from their heterogenous environments as well cytological preparations and live cells. The LCM allows differentiation between normal morphologically abnormal distinct cell populations the mixture, it possible to investigate subcellular profiles with great accuracy. Biomolecules such RNA, DNA, protein extracted microdissected can be used variety downstream applications, including polymerase chain reaction gene expression studies, microarray analysis, proteomic analysis. success in extraction small number suitable applications depends on several critical factors, proper tissue collection fixation techniques, staining procedures, nucleic acid or methods, storage. Here we discuss describe protocols our laboratory that are optimized endometrial immune cells, endothelial trophoblasts.
