摘要: A method is disclosed for determining the functionality of circuitry contained within integrated circuit modules. composite image signal compiled from signals that each represent on one a plurality layers are sequentially exposed across module. netlist presenting components and interconnections therebetween, generated signal. Components then allocated to specific functions which determine circuitry.
