High Resolution CT and Bronchography in the Assessment of Bronchiectasis

摘要: To elucidate the reliability of CT in assessment bronchiectasis, a retrospective study high resolution and bronchography was carried out. A segment by comparison 259 segmental bronchi from 70 lobes 27 lungs 19 patients performed using as standard. positive 87 89 with bronchiectasis giving false-negative rate 2%. negative 169 170 without at bronchography, false-positive 1%. There agreement between two modalities identifying different types bronchiectasis.
