摘要: Tumorigenesis requires the interaction between different gene disruptions to convert anormal cell into a cancer cell. These can involve loss of expression ormisexpression genes through genetic or epigenetic mutations. It is becoming clear that thesedisruptions are not isolated events in genome, but affected by genome architecture andthe syntenic relationship alleles on chromosomes. A better understanding andepigenetic changes important for rational design new therapies. We haverecently shown background-specific polymorphisms and loci under regulationhave strong effect susceptibility mouse model astrocytoma.
