摘要: Abstract Nanocrystalline CdTe was prepared by mechanical alloying using Te and Cd equiatomic powder mixture slightly oxidized due air exposition (6% α-TeO 2 10% CdO, respectively). X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectroscopy, differential scanning calorimetry Raman spectroscopy techniques were used to study the structural, chemical, thermal optical properties of milled powder. An annealing alloyed sample at 550 °C for 6 h performed clarify reactions showed in measurement. The main crystalline phase formed zinc blende CdTe, but residual amorphous minority (Te O 7 ) phases also observed annealed samples, respectively. structural parameters, fractions, mean crystallite sizes strains all obtained from Rietveld analyses patterns. results disappearing high-frequency modes after milling suggest photo-induced decomposition and/or recombination atoms interfacial component trigonal form both samples.
