摘要: Abstract Cd 1− x In Te ( = 0.0, 0.2, 0.4, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0) samples have been synthesized chemically using wet chemical method from precursor compounds, CdSO 4 , InCl 3 TeCl . The hydroxide form of the solution mixture was obtained by ammonia pH adjusted to 9. A suitable amount NaBH added reduce phase metalloid alloy. crystal structure has studied powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) scanning electron microscopy (SEM) measurements. 300 °C annealed revealed a cubic structure. morphology prepared is very fine average diameter between 1 2.5 μm. optical properties were determined UV–vis–NIR spectrophotometer band gap energy 1.37 eV for 0.6 0.4 obtained. best photovoltaic conversion efficiency 1.89% sample with short circuit current density J sc ) 15.3 mA cm −2 an open voltage V oc 0.668 V, filling factor (FF) 69.31%.
