摘要: This paper describes the development of an instrument to assess comprehension spoken language in children with severe cerebral palsy (CP) who cannot speak, and for whom standard assessment measures are not appropriate due motor impairment. instrument, Computer-Based Low Language Testing (C-BiLLT), was administered 42 without disabilities (aged 14 months 60 months) 18 CP (age 19 71 months). Preliminary data showed that acceptable children. Convergent validity investigated by correlating C-BiLLT scores test results on well-established Reynell Developmental Scales (RDLS). Clinical implications recommendations future research discussed.
