摘要: In this paper, we introduce a customized laser scanning system constructed with high-accuracy range sensor and an X–Y stage, discuss the methods of using to detect characterize wrinkles on laminated plastic sheets 10 µm scale. We also report trial test six samples containing various types in order validate performance system, particularly its repeatability when multiple scans same specimens are compared. The validation demonstrated that was able output highly accurate repeatable data for wrinkling characterization sheets.
