摘要: Malaria exacts a toll of disease to people in the Tropics that seems incomprehensible those only familiar with medicine and human health developed world. The methods molecular biology, immunology, cell biology are now being used develop an antimalarial vaccine. Plasmodium parasites cause malaria have many stages their life cycle. Each stage is antigenically distinct potentially could be interrupted by different vaccines. However, achieving complete protection vaccination may require better understanding complexities B- T-cell priming natural infections development appropriate adjuvant for use humans.
