摘要: Doxorubicin has been extensively used to treat cancers, and there are recent findings that the anticancer activities can be enhanced by curcumin. Although two compounds have native fluorescence, they hardly quantified directly simultaneously using laser-induced fluorescence (LIF) detection method. To avoid complex derivatization introduction of interfering components, a highly sensitive double wavelength excitation source LIF (D-W-Ex-LIF) detector composed 445-nm 488-nm commercial laser diode was constructed detect them simultaneously. Rhodamine 6G selected as an internal standard, because its excited at 445 nm 488 nm. The doxorubicin curcumin their resolution were introducing mixed micelles. optimal electrophoretic separation buffer 10 mM borate containing 20 mM Triton X-100, 5 mM sodium dodecyl sulfate, 30% (v/v) methanol pH 9.00. Therefore, developed method specific, accurate, easily operable. Its limits for in human urine samples 4.00 × 10-3 1.00 × 10-2 μg/mL, respectively, quantification 1.00 × 10-2 3.00 × 10-2 μg/mL, respectively. recoveries 94.9-109.1%. Graphical abstract.
