摘要: Cholestasis resulting from medicinal and chemical agents is an increasingly well-recognized cause of liver disease. Although the consequences cholestatic injury are generally regarded as being far less serious than those acute parenchymal with a risk fulminant hepatitis, significance drug-induced cholestasis revealed by broad spectrum chronic clinical syndromes producing jaundice bile duct that can mimic extrahepatic biliary obstruction, primary cirrhosis, sclerosing cholangitis. In more 10 years since authors last reviewed cholestasis, 153 several have been added to list hepatotoxins, significant advances made in understanding pathophysiology cholestasis. This article reviews various forms focusing on clinicopathologic features this form hepatic known or putative mechanisms which drugs chemicals lead Current concepts concerning pathogenesis molecular biology recently others 133 will not be included here.
