摘要: Primary monolayer cultures of rat myocardial cells were used to study the cellular injury that occurs when calcium is reintroduced after a period depletion. Cultures treated with calcium-free balanced salt solution (BSS) for 2 h and then incubated different time periods in presence normocalcemic BSS (2.5 mM CaCl2). Myocyte content was determined incubation calcium. Leakage cytoplasmic lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) into medium as an index cell injury. At end there significant decrease total calcium, LDH release minimal. After BSS, myocyte increased progressively manifested by leakage LDH. The reached control levels 10 min repletion. Maximal observed 60 restoration higher than 120 BSS.
