摘要: Background and Purpose: The methodological quality of randomized controlled trials (RCTs) is commonly evaluated in order to assess the risk biased estimates treatment effects. purpose this systematic review was identify scales used evaluate RCTs health care research summarize content, construction, development, psychometric properties these scales. Methods: Extensive electronic database searches, along with a manual search, were performed. Results: One hundred five relevant studies identified. They accounted for 21 their modifications. majority had not been rigorously developed or tested validity reliability. Jadad Scale presented best reliability evidence; however, its physical therapy has supported. Discussion Conclusion: Many are RCTs, but most have adequately A valid reliable scale assessment needs be developed.
