摘要: AIM. To analyse the effectiveness of therapeutic exercise on migraines and tension-type headaches (TTH). MATERIALS AND METHODS. Electronic databases were used to search literature for relevant articles. Eligibility criteria were: controlled randomised clinical trials (RCT), conducted patients with migraine or TTH, in which intervention was based exercise, papers had been published English Spanish. Two independent reviewers performed analysis methodological quality using Delphi scale. RESULTS. Ten RCT selected, seven offered good quality. According all studies analysed, intensity frequency pain diminished comparison situation prior establishing five effect higher than control group. The qualitative showed strong evidence absence adverse events following application exercise. Furthermore, also found physiotherapeutic treatment, including lowering intensity, duration TTH. Limited aerobic migraine, although it not better effects derived from other forms treatment. CONCLUSIONS. Results show that is a safe treatment provides beneficial Further are required future appropriate designs confirm these results.
