摘要: The U.S. energy system has been the subject of intense national interest and policy debate over past two decades. During that time experienced a steady trend toward increased oil imports, major embargoes, price shocks, series government initiatives designed to reduce its vulnerability supply disruptions: Project Independence, National Energy Plan, more recently gas deregulation.
