摘要: Abstract Various restricted-access reversed-phase (RARP) packing materials, including alkyl-, alkyl ether- and alkylamide-type stationary phases, were compared with a commercially available peptide-bonded internal surface material shielded-type RARP material. Alkyl-type materials found to be more hydrophobic than ether or amide-type which in turn the at present. The contribution of polar as well ionic groups phase structure retention selectivity was noted some materials. advantages having variety terms shown for separation various drugs limited range mobile phases.
