摘要: A simple procedure for the preparation of macroporous hydrophobic styrene-divinylbenzene polymeric separation media with a hydrophilic outer surface has been developed. monomer and water-soluble polymerization initiator are added to reaction mixture during final step size-monodisperse particles. Because framework beads is already formed, does not penetrate pores that filled porogen, layer formed only at beads. The monomers used included glycerol monomethacrylate dimethacrylate toluene was as porogen poly(styrene-co-divinylbenzene) Comparative experiments involving or without medium showed selectivity towards solutes remains unchanged. However, modified could be analyse mixtures also contained large peptide molecules these do adsorb its case unmodified
