摘要: The infrared absorption spectra of octopus rhodopsin and its photoproducts have been observed at 282K 210K under irradiation blue orange light in a neutral condition. acid metarhodopsin-minus-rhodopsin lumirhodopsin-minus-rhodopsin difference obtained. A new intermediate (called transient metarhodopsin) with lifetime about 5 s has found to exist prior metarhodopsin. present results, together the data obtained previously, give information on state carboxylic group side chain Asp-81, which is only acidic amino-acid residue part opsin buried inside membrane. This protonated throughout transformation series, but changes going from metarhodopsin It probable that these two are different each other moiety.
