摘要: A tin or alloy plated article, particularly a film carrier which is protected against the generation of whiskers characterized in having an indium layer on substrate thereof and said layer. There are also disclosed coating process therefor as well novel unique electroless plating bath therefor, acidic, by including salt thiourea derivative thereof.
