摘要: A nanoparticle containing a low-molecular-weight drug having negatively charged group is provided that effectively targeted to an affected site, capable of sufficiently sustained release the drug, and has reduced tendency accumulate in liver cause side effects. The obtained by hydrophobicizing with metal ion, reacting hydrophobicized poly L-lactic acid or poly(L-lactic acid/glycolic acid) copolymer DL- acid-polyethylene glycol block poly(DL- acid)-polyethylene copolymer.
