摘要: There is provided a beraprost sodium-containing nanoparticle that contains sodium among other prostaglandin I 2 (prostacyclin) derivatives, which are therapeutic agents for pulmonary hypertension. The obtained by making hydrophobic using metal ion and allowing the to react with poly-L-lactic acid or poly(L-lactic acid/glycolic acid) copolymer, poly-DL- L-lactic acid-polyethylene glycol block copolymer poly(DL- acid)-polyethylene copolymer. excels in sustained release of an active ingredient, reduces side effect, furthermore, has excellent drug retention blood. Therefore, quite outstanding particularly regarding sustainability medicinal effect.
