摘要: Abstrac Aborted anthers, which are the most severe form of male-sterility in Citrus , were presumed to be due gene-cytoplasmic interaction. However, owing absence detailed crosses, this has not been confirmed. In study, we confirm that aborted anthers caused by Cross breeding between heterozygous for male fertility cultivars was conducted. When ‘Kuchinotsu No. 20’ (‘Kiyomi’ tangor x ‘Trovita’ orange) crossed with ‘Otani iyokan’, 8 out 26 seedlings had anthers. This segregation sterility/fertility fitted expected 1:3 ratio (χ 2 = 0.462). no reciprocal cross iyokan’ No.20’, or a ‘Miyauchi ‘Page’ cross. These results indicate controlled interaction nuclear and cytoplasmic genes (gene-cytoplasmic sterility), sterile cytoplasm. A genetic basis inheritance pattern is discussed.
