摘要: Aim. The aim of this study was to evaluate the expression persistence mumps virus and some cells that interact with viral infection in focus autoimmune epithelitis peripheral blood Sjogren’s syndrome patients comparison rheumatoid arthritis (RA) nonautoimmune sicca (nSS). Materials Methods. 126 (119 women 7 men) were grouped into four groups: (1) primary (pSS), (2) secondary due (sSS), (3) (RA), (4) Immunohistochemical analysis immune response suggested silent minor labial salivary gland biopsies flow cytometric done. Results. signs found glands all groups. Also, a significantly different (protein IFI16, interferons gamma beta, dendritic cells, receptor for natural killers) revealed Cytometric dropping amount circulating killers SS. Significant correlations between immunohistochemical staining serological findings revealed. Conclusions. Abundant protein depletion make background thought presumable or/and other participation epithelial damage causing predisposed patients.
