摘要: Abstract The receptor for rabbit liver growth hormone (GH) has recently been purified and cloned. Sequencing data demonstrates that this site represents a new class of transmembrane proteins containing covalently linked ubiquitin N-linked obligosaccharides. Homology with the human GH is estimated to be 84%. receptors are also present on non-liver cells, however, their function poorly understood, it not yet known if there homology site. Direct stimulation differentiation preadipocytes adipocytes by demonstrated. In bone, binding resting cell zone, but proliferative layers reported. Taken together, these support hypothesis Green colleagues dual mechanism action which includes direct precursor cells secondary effect enhancing clonal response.
