摘要: Abstract Nonspecific lipase (also referred to as micelle and secondary ester hydrolase) has been purified electrophoretic homogeneity starting from acetone powder of rat pancreas. The enzyme is found have a molecular weight (gel filtration) 64 000 ± 2000, an equivalent (titration with E-600) 65 000. seen be very sensitive inhibition by organophosphates but resistant quinine. Evidence for the presence sulfhydryl imidazole groups essential activity presented, some observations on substrate specificity are made. appears lack phosphate lipids, unstable under conditions low ionic strength and/or exposure 2-mercaptoethanol.
