摘要: A mass spectrometric system consisting of a spectrometer, flow-through hollow fiber interface, and permeation device is developed for the measurement aroma/flavor rates across polymeric films. The exhibits parts per billion sensitivity to gaseous organic molecules and, therefore, capable determining permeability, diffusivity, solubility constituents in films with both feed side permeating at an ambient pressure concentration down million level
