摘要: Brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) are rare and heterogeneous vascular abnormalities. AVMs formed of a tangled anastomosis arteries veins without intervening capillaries located within the brain parenchyma (90 % supratentorial) with pathologic shunting blood from arterial to venous side. Prevalence is approximately 18 per 100,000 adults an incidence 1.3 year. Most cases sporadic – cause unknown probably multifactorial genetic environmental factors.
