摘要: Abstract Immobilized biocatalyst developed on the basis of hexahistidine-tagged organophosphorus hydrolase (His6-OPH) was tried for bioremediation various soil samples heavily contaminated by pesticides. Various cellulose-containing carriers being agricultural wastes were applied His6-OPH immobilization enabling stabilization enzyme and its retention in pesticides destruction zone. Straw-based immobilized enzymatic preparation ensured decomposition 630 mg Paraoxon or 850 mg Diazinon 185 mg Parathion per kg less than 10 days; meanwhile, half-life active sand estimated as 130 days. allowed to hydrolyze pesticide case reintroduction into samples. The influence type kinetics revealed.
