摘要: Abstract Static bioassays were conducted to determine the relative acute toxicities of five heavy metals (mercury, cadmium, copper, manganese and zinc) 1-week-old 4-week-old tadpoles frog, Microhyla ornata . Toxic effects calculated on basis LC 50 for 24 h, 48 72 h 96 exposures at 25.5–26.0°C. Mercury was most toxic zinc least tested. The sensitivity increased with age.
