摘要: An arrangement for a superconducting resonator suitable use in electronic filters is disclosed, which exhibits an increased amount of internal inductance without lengthening the resonator. By utilizing relatively thin dielectric material, significant magnetic field made to exist layer superconductors nearest dielectric. This induces non-negligible within layer. The net result having this extra that wave velocity no longer constant, independent thickness. Thus can be constructed significantly shorter than conventional equation would imply. Hence, present invention provides reduction length as well cross-sectional area resonator, means one or more such resonators may then advantageously utilized achieve reduced filter size.
