First report of Metastrongylus pudendotectus by the genetic characterization of mitochondria genome of cox1 in pigs from Tibet, China

摘要: Lungworms, a world wild distributed parasites cause serious respiratory diseases to the pigs. A high infection rate of Metastrongylus lungworms has been found in Tibetan pigs being slaughtered different slaughter houses Tibet autonomous region. The main aim our study was detect and confirm lungworm parasite by genetic characterization mitochondrial cox1genome isolated from lungs pig. adult were collected identification done through morphological examinations. Total genomic DNA extracted worms performed fragment (∼450bp) cox1 (mt) gene amplified. Amplicons cloned into PGEM(®)-T Easy vector positive clones sequenced commercial company. Sequence phylogenetic analysis software DNAMAN MEGA respectively. results revealed that infecting pudendotectus (M. pudendotectus). To knowledge, this is first report for isolation mitochondria genome M. derived Tibet, China.
