摘要: Abstract Cerium-, terbium- and gadolinium-doped lanthanum borophosphate [La(BO 3 , PO 4 ):Ce, Tb, Gd] phosphors have been prepared by a single-step calcination using BPO as the phosphate source. The structure of powder is identified monoclinic system with space group P2 1 /n X-ray diffraction, which same cerium orthophosphate. diffractometry (XRD) spectra indicate that final product begins to form at about 850°C. dependence brightness on concentration flux firing temperature also investigated. spectral characteristics Ce 3+ Tb Gd in matrix are presented, energy transfers between different ions discussed. In comparison La(BO addition causes not only an increase emission decrease emission, but enhancement green component light. ion acts intermediate transfer ions.
