摘要: Seventy-nine patients of end stage renal disease (ESRD) on maintenance haemodialysis were studied. Most the cases in their prime life. The was equally common both sexes and all ethnic groups. Chronic glomerulonephritis commonest cause followed by diabetes mellitus. Hypertension associated illness. All screened for hepatitis B surface antigen antibody those found negative vaccinated. A-V fistula upper extremity used as vascular access 93% cases. In 68% dialyzer reused without any ill effect. Amongst complications observed, hypotension seen 65%, psychological disorders 52%, nausea, vomiting, itching cramps. Technical related to 45% Forty three percent maintained blood transfusion 88% showed improvement quality
