摘要: An automated method for searching differentially expressed proteins (DEP) in proteomic articles has been developed and tested. Full-text proteomics-related were selected using an electronic version of the journal Proteomics PubMedCentral. The list most frequently mentioned shares 86% identity with human identified DEPs published recently (Petrak et al., (2008) 8, 1744). Regardless goal or design methods identification DEP delivers annexins peroxiredoxins, as well alpha-enolase, triosephosphate isomerase, heat-shock protein HSP60. Among often also serum albumin, cathepsin D vimentin. In regard to function involved inflammation immune response. According GenRIF UniProtKB annotations, these are linked pathogenesis tumor diseases, diseases cardiovascular nervous systems.
