摘要: Background: There is little data regarding the effect of tooth whitening on microhardness white spot lesions. This study was conducted to investigate home-bleaching and laser-assisted in-office bleaching demineralized enamel. Material Methods: Forty bovine incisors were selected immersed in a demineralizing solution for 12 weeks to induce Enamel blocks prepared randomly assigned two groups 20 each. The first group underwent home with 15% carbamide peroxide which applied 8 hours day over period 15 days. In second group, performed by 40% hydrogen powered irradiation from an 810 nm gallium-aluminum-arsenide (GaAlAs) diode laser (CW, 2W). This process performed 3 sessions every seven days, specimens stored Fusayama Meyer artificial saliva during experiment. Surface assessed before after therapies both groups. Results: Microhardness decreased significantly following ( p <0.05). no significant differences hardness values among either ( p =0.131) or ( p =0.182) procedures. Conclusions: Tooth through can result reduction Therefore, it suggested take protective measures bleached enamel.
