摘要: The mechanisms by which CD8+ T cells mediate immunity against bacterial pathogens remain largely unknown. Perforin-dependent cytolysis plays a role, but is not required for cell-mediated Listeria monocytogenes. TNF essential cell to L. monocytogenes, the cellular source of undefined. TNF-deficient and TNF/perforin double-deficient mice were used generate specific an monocytogenes-derived Ag. Wild-type mediated antilisterial in wild-type host mice, revealing that cell-derived immunity, demonstrating role derived from other types. liver, spleen, recipient suggesting perforin-independent spleen requires TNF.
