摘要: Microorganisms produce a great variety of secondary metabolites that feature surface active and bioactive properties. Those possessing an amphiphilc molecular structure are also termed biosurfactant interest due to their often unique Rouxiella sp. DSM 100043 is gram negative enterobacter isolated from peat-bog soil described as new producing species in this study. produces glycolipids, biosurfactants with carbohydrate moiety its structure. This study characterizes the composition glycolipids different hydrophobicities have been produced during cultivation bioreactor extracted purified separated foam. Using two dimensional nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, hydrophilic moieties elucidated glucose various acylation sites talose within most polar glycolipids. The presence 3′ hydroxy lauroleic acid well myristic myristoleic has detected.
