摘要: With an increase in the older segment of population and a concurrent prevalence chronic illnesses, interest quality life (QOL) has gained increasing significance. This presentation discusses significance theoretical constructs definition measurement QOL. Furthermore, review studies shows that narcolepsy profound negative social, psychological, economic impact on lives affected individuals. New management strategies comprising comprehensive, multidisciplinary patient approach including psychosocial treatment social support are needed to improve patients’ functional status. Educational programs about wide ramifications having needed. Also, operational symptoms indicators health-related (HRQOL) often not consistent need standardization make comparison more meaningful.
