摘要: The nervous system interacts directly with the endocrine to control a plethora of central (CNS) functions. Metabolic and reproductive hormones are known be important in maintenance neuronal health their fluctuations for CNS aspects ranging from sleep appetite regulation cognitive function. This review will summarize critically evaluate how age-related changes sex metabolic modulate affect function implications targeting neuroendocrinological as therapeutic strategy Alzheimer's disease.
