摘要: Summary Pregnant rats were treated with pharmacologically equivalent doses of cortisone, corticosterone and dexamethasone between the 12th und 22nd day pregnancy. As there was no interference parturition, litters could be divided. The developement weigths body, adrenals pituitary examined on birth, 7th 14th life. Pituitary body weight show an exuberant increase (rebound effect) as compared controls a peak around 8th day, adrenal showed corresponding is correlated increased mitotic activity within zona glomerulosa. Nuclear counts/constant area reveal in size cells glomerulosa together fasciculata (only this apparently delayed) controls. This phenomenon suggests alteration functional state cytoplasmic structures (mitochondria, deposits, endoplasmic reticulum).
