摘要: The aim of this study was to examine whether ingesting water alone, or dextrose (7.5 g · 100 ml−1) with electrolytes, fructose/corn solids (400 ml every 20 min) would reduce the perceived exertion associated 16 km (3 h) walking/running in heat compared that during exercise no fluid intake. Perceived assessed at 1-h intervals exercise. Blood samples, required for analysis blood glucose, plasma sodium, osmolality and volume, were obtained prior exercise; further samples 3 h following Drinking fluids regular reduced level exertion. In test which ingested, body mass decreased by 4.9 (0.4) kg [mean (SEM)], but less ingestion either dextrose/electrolytes solutions, alone [1.3 (0.2) kg, 1.6 (0.3) 2.0 (0.1) respectively]. Plasma volume fell 17% when taking fluid, fluids. glucose significantly (P<0.01) rose 8.4 (1.3) mmol l−1 (P<0.001) 6.8 (1.1) respectively. Urine output greater than any other drinks. Six subjects experienced fatigue failed complete These results suggest caused several interacting factors: a fall dehydration, neuroglycopenia. Taking strain rating exertion; better achieved solution.
