摘要: Monoclonal antibody 9B2 possesses hemagglutination inhibition activity against all the 2002/2003 influenza B virus Victoria group isolates in Kobe, Japan, as well representative strains isolated between 1987 and 1997. The epitope localizes three-dimensionally vicinity of antigenic site A hemagglutinin molecule, amino acid substitutions this region affected binding 9B2.
