摘要: Subhypnotic doses of thiopentone are considered to have a hyperalgesic effect, while propofol has hypoalgesic effect. We investigated the effect these drugs on nociceptive system by measuring pain threshold laser stimulation and evoked potential (power latency). Nineteen patients (ASA group I) participated.
