摘要: A cluster of genes involved in fatty acid biosynthesis (fab) was isolated from docosahexaenoic (DHA)-producing Vibrio marinus strain MP-1. This fab gene included five highly homologous to the Escherichia coli counterparts, and their order same with that E. except latter additional fabH gene. These should be early steps DHA V.
