摘要: High-temperature superconducting Josephson junctions on bicrystal sapphire substrates were fabricated and investigated experimentally. The critical parameters of the satisfy constraints for design devices in millimeter submillimeter wavelength ranges. results dynamic measurements show that these current exhibits a sinusoidal dependence phase difference wave functions electrodes, simple resistive model is used to analyze their microwave properties. At same time, temperature differs appreciably from typical tunnel with s-superconductors may be explained as d-type pairing electrodes an SNS junction.
